Food Poisoning - came down with a violent bout of food poisoning, immediately following eating an entree of spring rolls & a lunch special of sweet & sour pork at this restaurant, today. While I attempted to "discreetly" inform the staff, what ensued was nothing but abuse, extreme rudeness, accusations that I was lying & just attempting to get out of paying my bill - even though I had discreetly advised her that the evidence was still sitting in her bin, in the ladies toilets (the only place I could projectile vomit, while also needing to sit on her toilet. These symptoms where accompanied with claminess, a feeling of being faint and sweating. I was perfect fine, prior to eating their food & fortunately, once their food was vomited up (removed from my stomach contents) the food poisoning symptoms started to subside, somewhat Both female staff members where extremely rude throughout this whole encounter (especially the older woman, Kelly). On top of this, the large group, I had attended with, were also subjected to poor service throughout our meal from the time we entered, until we left. eg: no glasses provided for some, despite a specified party booking, came to take our order even though they had not provided any menu's prior. Not only did my meal, make me violently ill, but there was an issue with one of the other meals ordered being of substandered quality - the meat was dried up and crisp, when it sould have been juicy & tender. Not once did the staff member apologise for the poor service, obvious food poisoning - instead they commenced shouting at us, raised voices, refused to accept a 50% payment for a meal they served up & which was obviously contaminated, they then called the police, because I refused to pay full price. They then told a party of 10 "customers" we were not welcome back in their resturant (even though all other nine people had paid for their meals). Not only was Kelly yelling at me and the party I attended with at their reception desk but she was yelling across the resturant, with other customers present, she then followed us out into the car park & was continually yelling and making threats.
Later, that same evening, I attempted to phone the resturant (3 times) to speak with the manager/owner, as per what was finally discussed with the staff member Kelly & on two occassions was spoken to (rudely) by Kelly, told the owner was not there, even though I had been informed he would be there during their evening service. On my third call, Kelly, told me (rudely) that I had to come back to the resturant, then hung up on me....
I would NEVER recommend this resturant to anyone and would NEVER eat there again. It is a definite health risk & as such i will be making a complaint to the Health &...
Read moreVisiting Rockingham for the weekend and with the poor weather decided to have Chinese pickup for tea. I used your app placing and paying for my order for a 1800 collection. Arrived 5 min early and waited outside the store as the reception area was standing room only. Once my order showed ready I entered and advised my order number. Woman said ok and disappeared around 5 min later I enquired to another woman who was passing out orders to customers and she took my name and order number and also disappeared this happened three times until I went back to the counter and asked why my order had been showing complete on the app for now 15 minutes and I still had not received my order. This time they disappeared and came back with my order which had obviously been there all along - she said “Sorry for the wait” with a shy chuckle and handed my food to me. I said this had better be good and departed with my almost $90 of luke warm and not very satisfying Chinese… I am very disappointed with this level of service and food safety adherence. I will most certainly be second thinking my choice of restaurants when we return for...

The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our dining experience. Our server explained the menu clearly and even offered some great recommendations.
The food? Absolutely incredible. Every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The standout for me was the slow-cooked lamb — tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The desserts were just as amazing, especially the chocolate fondant, which melted in my mouth.
Prices were reasonable for the quality, and portion sizes were generous. Overall, restaurnt is a top-tier restaurant I’d happily visit again. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food and great...
