The food is delicious. Spicy and just the authentic taste of Thai that you would like. It would be great if the service was ok, however, beer without an offer of a glass, wine bottle unopened and left with a glass unpoured, entree served and dishes removed and cutlery put back on the table with a statement the we will "need these" for our mains, then one mains arriving with the shared rice whilst we waited for about 15 minutes for the other one to arrive. It may be very traditional of us, the way we were raised, that we don't start until all.dishes / meals have arrived. We approached the staff when we went to pay the bill. We acknowledged the lovely food and then mentioned the "atrocious service" to which the young wait staff member smiled. We made it clear to him that it was nothing to be pleased about. The Manage / Owner was very pleased with the feedback and stated that no changes could be made without feedback. We received a discount but this was not our goal or intention. We hope that there are improved staff approaches to increase customer satisfaction. As mentioned, the food is wonderful. Curry Puffs are tasty and appear home made and the Massamam Curry (Lamb) was tender and mouthwatering. We recommend going there and hope the staff attention is improved as was the intention...

The food here is nice not great, but lets be honest going to any business is all about the experience you walk out with, when the restaurant was in business it was amazing but since turning into a takeaway business its shocking. Tonight was my last straw which is why I am taking the time to write this review.

The young lady behind the counter did not want to be there that was very obvious, she was rude and I even got an eye roll from her. I asked if her mum owns the place and she said yes that was very clear to me.

Mum its great you want to give your daughter a job but unless you teach her how to serve with a smile and be polite to customers your not doing her any favours.

I wont be back anymore I will not give my money to a business who doesn’t value...

Very disappointed with dinner this Friday night at 5;15 pm on 14th May 2021. Ordered the Pad Thai ($19) thinking that this dish will be up to standard being a Thai restaurant.

It came out nothing like a pad thai, and I have eaten many in my life.

it was like the dish was a small soggy mass with 6 pieces of cuttlefish. The cuttlefish was not fresh and was so bad that it stinks.

On top of that, when I complained about the dish to the first waitress, she said it was "saucy type". And when i complained to the second waitress at the counter, she ignored me while rolling her eyes, honestly, this will be my last time, and just as well they are closing dine -in next month, serving only takeaways.
