I rung the phone order and took 15 calls to actually get a response. The person taking my order completely misunderstood what I initially wanted and I had to repeat my self about 3-4 times. Once they finally got the order correct they told me it would be a 10 minute wait. Ten minutes go by, I come down to the shop just to see my order not even begun preparing yet. They charge me for my order and I additionally got charged an extra 12 dollars, which once I pointed out they refunded that back to me. 8 minutes later my order got called out, I asked if everything was in it which they responded yes. So I headed home, got my family at the dinner table just to find that all my steamed dim sims were missing as well as two potato cakes, on top of that the flake was incredibly rubbery and the chips were soggy and hardly enough chips for the amount we paid for. Don't answer phone. Never enough staff on to even answer a phone even if they were considering that courteousy.. When l said no one was answering the phone after driving down to order. I was told they were to busy? Odd.only 1 other in store. Food has gone down hill. Dirty oil taste on all of the food. .Batter on fish was so thick it was ridiculous. Chips not cooked properly. Don't have fish n chips often. But when we do. I expect something half way decent....

Good quality takeaway food that never fails to deliver. For only about a dollar more than your favourite Scottish restaurant, and half the price of Grilld, you can enjoy a brilliant burger here that will have you coming back again.
