Verdure Bistro — Restaurant in Victoria

Have given this café multiple chances, but unfortunately, it continues to disappoint. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve never been greeted or made to feel welcome. The service is slow, and I’ve often waited a long time before even being acknowledged. The coffee is mediocre at best, and the atmosphere is lacking—there’s no warmth or hospitality that makes you want to stay.

I have been here more than more than a dozen times as I try to support local businesses, Unfortunately it is hit and miss, midweek service and food is totally fine however weekend staff are inconsistent service lacking, incorrect orders and food is lacklustre. Lousy service and bad food. My partner ordered 2 coffees and 2 toasted sandwiches to takeaway which took 30 minutes. In this time people ordered fresh bacon and egg sandwiches well after and had them before us. Once we got the order after waiting forever it wasn’t even right and one of the sandwiches was very burnt…presumably as they’d been toasting it for the whole time... Don’t...
