Ok place. The outlet was quite busy mostly with uber eats and drive through orders. The staff were highly unorganised. Just all over the place basicall. I'm comparing this store to the McDonald's at Belmont forum where I often go. The only thing staff weren't doing was bumping into each others faces. No structure at all. Some staff were looking as confused as we were.
I ordered 2 happy meals and a chicken burger and it took like 25 mins + to receive the meals. I wasn't the only one that was waiting to be served, there was a queue, despite having only a handful of people inside the store.
It seemed like the uber eats and drive through orders received more priority service than we did at the restaurant 🙄 I don't see how that's fair though. The restaurant could do with more staff, not because of foot traffic, as it was really light on the day but due to the huge number of online orders that they receive, so that it does not interfere with serving in-store customers. Just have set staff for online orders. My husband and I have placed orders with this store on uber eats and were refunded for multiple missing items so we didn't bother to order from them again. can see why there were problems with our online orders. I don't care who your delivery contractors are, that should never be a concern for a customer. My order was grossly incorrect. I ordered 2 made to order drinks and received 2 bottles of water. You made the order up not the delivery guy, he wanted me to meet him out the front of the pub 2 houses down the road. I so wish I was making this up. Not only were the drinks wrong but you also put the wrong burger in the order So your mistake combined with amdelivery driver who can't deliver correctly really makes the whole company come a cross as not very caring at all. I'm summary you upset an old lady who was simply trying to do something nice for family. She was seriously asked to meet this delivery guy at the pub 2 houses down the road. That disgusting. When he finally worked out how to open a gate. The order was totally wrong and she paid for items she never received. Thats known as being ripped off. The receipt clearly marked as from the east vic park store in Perth wa also clearly lists the correct order was placed yet obviously not received. Read moreI was here in the morning for picking up two Uber eats orders. I was the first one there but the staff only focus on the drive through and dine in customer. And then there were more and more customers and delivery people came in. I still hadn’t got my order ready. I showed the staff few times my orders but they didn’t look up the numbers just told me the order will get ready soon. Then I ordered my breakfast in the store, I got my breakfast ready in 2 minutes and after I finished my breakfast, already 40 minutes gone, I still had not got my Uber orders ready. I have asked the staff ( blue shirt with Crew trainer on her top) in a good manner, but she was impatient and unwelcome, very bad and arrogant attitude. She said to me the order still on cooking. That was totally a excuse! How a fast food sore need to cook a food for nearly one hour? And even I got my second order (13 items) ready later but still not ready for the first order (1 item!
