Albion Hotel — Restaurant in Singleton

This week I had to stay in Singleton unexpectedly, and chanced upon staying and eating x 3 nights at the Albion. The food was a hilight, I had the "specials" each night. Staff were very gracious and accomodating when I had to extend a night last minute. The room smelled fresh and sheets and surfaces very clean. Prices for meals & accom surprisingly very cheap for the good value. The rooms are pretty sound proof, and the shared bathroom was spotless. I liked how we had a private entrance for rooms and I would recommend this hotel/motel/pub to any traveller or anyone keen for a icy cold beer. Ample off street parking and walking distance from aldi for groceries to use with kettle,...

Have stayed here a few times for work. Rooms are ok however the doona covers look and smell as though they have never been washed and everytime ive been here for some reason the cleaner must not think people staying upstairs need to wash their hands after using the toilet because the soap dispenser has never ever EVER been refilled!! Also the bathrooms have plenty of mould and must rarely get disinfected. @$50 a night you get what you pay for. On the upside the food is unreal!!!! Never ever had a bad meal here they are always top notch! I will probably stay elsewhere but eat here from now on.

I really wanted to give a 5 star review they were so welcoming . Then my wheelchair bound daughter dropped a glass that broke she’s 13 and the lady that came to help clean it up had a really bad attitude if only she knew how much of a effort it was to get there with 6 kids 3 with high special needs and the struggle we go through everyday . We were talking about how happy we were and that we would come back but after that no way at all will I step foot back in this pub we are embarrassed and absolutely devastated by the judgment and attitude towards us we couldn’t even have dessert or stay for the band judgement was seriously not...
