After being loyal to this company and paying my scooter comprehensive insurance for over ten years and not having one claim, they wanted to charge me a $30 cancellation fee. I couldn't believe it! I wasn't taking my business elsewhere, i had sold my scooter. I suppose you could call it "a loyalty fine". What a joke!
