After being loyal to this company and paying my scooter comprehensive insurance for over ten years and not having one claim, they wanted to charge me a $30 cancellation fee. I couldn't believe it! I wasn't taking my business elsewhere, i had sold my scooter. I suppose you could call it "a loyalty fine". What a joke! My monthly insurance was $18.97 a month I have insurances with other companies and I have never been charged a cancelation fee for a change in circumstances! So be forewarned, when you phone them up for a quote. Ask them the question. "Is there a fee for cancelling?" My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere where companies don't charge you for your loyalty and change of...
