Only gone through the drive through..look the chicken is normally lovely but one of the staff members there is so rude.i rode my bike there as I don't have a car..got there half an hour before closing to get dinner for the family and the arrogant guy put the closed sign right in front of the.. when I told him the time and he was closing early..all he replied was didn't you hete what I said where closed.. turned his back and walked away..I went home empty handed with my family expecting a nice roast...

Absolutely delicious food from the hot chips to the hamburgers with the lot, WOW Best burger I've had in ages. Small chips were slot like the average shops large serving. Everything was great quality and service was spot on. Lovely lady answered the phone placed my order then headed around to pick it up. I honestly think my order was faster here than the last visit to hungry jacks! Keep up the great work and excellent service. Only gripe with the entire process was menu not available online...

Not sure what it is, but every single time we buy chips from Bottle N Bird and ask for chicken salt and vinegar, the chips come out tasteless. Not one ounce of vinegar or salt despite asking for extra salt and vinegar. Do you guys have something against adding these condiments to chips? It’s not just once or twice, it’s every single time.
