The Big Belly Deli — Restaurant in South Australia

Came here today with my parents. Ordered a steak sandwich which on the board didn't contain bacon. Was brought to table containing bacon. When we questioned it (due to bacon allergy) we were told "we know it's not on the menu but we add it sometimes". They were immediately angry. They had to make the steak sandwiches again and when it was brought to the table the plates were thrown onto the table to make an audible clank, the sandwiches nearly shifted off the plate.
