Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Australia

Brought 2 pizza’s today on offer- 2 for 1 Ordered at the counter. Specially requested for good toppings before the preparations as it’s always an issue here, no one puts a decent amount of toppings as compared to the charged price. After the pizzas were ready, picked them up and noticed that the Paneer sensation and Paneer spicy doesn’t have any Paneer in the pizza. Only 8-9 pieces per pizza, and charged for $20 on 2 for 1 offer. Who will accept pizza with dough and little toppings with overly put sauce???? I actually talked to the baker making pizza on 23-07-24 at 04:40 pm, showed him that topping was minimal, and it wasn’t worth for the paid money. He responded , “ Thats pretty fair- yes Its minimal toppings”. And turned back to his station again without any further chat. The worst customer service on how to talk and reassure customer, didn’t offer to remake 1 pizza. Had to leave from the shop with disappointment and felt like I just wasted money.

If you guyz can’t make good pizza, with good toppings on the deal days- please dont keep any deals as they are not worth it… or either provide more training...

I had been a fan of this pizza outlet since long because they were very precise about the customer's request and instructions.

But since last couple of months, unfortunately they have been making mistakes and spoil the pizza almost every time. In fact, I always make online orders even I am at the outlet, so that they have the precise order instructions in written. But it seems like they don't want to read the order instructions. I'm not sure what has caused this dramatic change recently, but they are not at all concerned about reading the order instructions and fulfilll it.

Also when one tries to contact them, they kaeep you waiting on the line for edges. Even not bothered to take the feedback from customer. And they are so comfortable in hanging up the line abruptly without confirming if there is anything else the customer wants to share. Way too poor response.

Looks like Pizza Hut Whyalla wants to wipe out its years long trustworthy image in the town. Amd if that's the intent, they are headed towards the right direction....
