It was very disappointment experience. The 2 waiters were cold and unwelcoming, one told us off first thing as we entered the restaurant. The other got our bill wrong and did not even apologise for that. We waited long to order, waiter just ignored us for a long time so my husband had to go to the counter twice to get our food ordered. I have a bad experience with Reflections restaurant. I have ordered a rare steak - sirloin. After I wait for 1 hour for my order, they brought a well done, dry and tough steak. I have to change it; the chief said I have to wait for another 20 minutes for blue meat to cure prior cooking.
