Country Kitchen — Restaurant in St Arnaud

We ordered 3 bacon, cheese, egg and tomato toasted sandwiches and coffee. Absolutely delicious and tasty. The elderly staff were polite and helpful. It was just as you would expect from the name. A Country Kitchen and we felt right at home. Don’t judge this little shop by the old signage, it’s a hidden gem on the Main Street. If the locals are eating there then it’s good food. Not the flashiest of places but definitely good food and really hot coffee. Will call back then again on our travels...

I double checked i was at the same place and am amazed at the other reviews. It was just extremely bad this morning. 8 people in the place and 27 minutes to get two pots of tea and two scones. When I went after 20 minutes to ask, there was already another person complaining. Our tea was indifferent and the scones were sprayed with artificial cream. Yuck. I...
