ordered burger & it came with a burnt bun. I actually hate a toasted bun anyway, so I figure it should be a choice to get it toasted or fresh. I wasn't asked but I could've handled the toasted bun even though I'd prefer it otherwise. BUT to receive it considerably burnt was an insult.
