great food! how ever there was a new waiter learning the menu when we arrived, we were very patient and understanding with him as it can be very overwhelming. how ever, i ordered just a regular maple burger, the menu didn’t say it came with chips so i had purchased this separately (although i found out the burger does come with chips)

as we got seated, the manager came out and said the waiter put down a double maple burger so i had to pay them the difference, i did it without hesitation. i did ask if it was being made, because if not, dont make it as i didnt order it, yet he said its already on and that i have to pay so ingredients dont get wasted. they offered me a free bowl of chips although i had one already ordered

Long story short: got stuffed around. Called to order this meal and was told “to wait a second”. After phone being placed on counter and listening to staff chatting in the background for 5-10 minutes we hung up and ordered else where. Close to an hour later. Got a call saying our food has been ready for half hour and it’s cold now. Thought we would be the bigger person and pay for it even though we didn’t know we were getting it. Went in to pick up only to be met by rude staff. Attempted late pickup charge for food we didn’t know we were getting. Also were told they were trying to contact us about said meal (apparently 7 or so attempted phone calls). To which we showed our call history only showing the call for pickup and One call prior about a minute or two earlier...

A lovely restaurant. The layout of the room made it hard for our big group to have a table that enabled us to be together. The food had aspects that made it great. The originality of the sauces and combinations were great. The steak I had was a little over cooked but it was still very good. The butter chicken was excellent and was original, the pompadoms were so awesome. The hamburger was well done but I found the patty a little plain. The chicken schnitzel burger was different with it's sweet sauce and cheese complimenting each other. The ambiance was excellent and would go again with my partner or smaller groups.
