Cafe Liv'Indi — Restaurant in Stawell

Terrible service, made me really uncomfortable. I made a phone order with the lady with glasses for a coffee, initially wanted a toastie as well but thought I was running out of time so told her I’d leave the toastie, she said she would make a note about the toastie.

When I arrived, I explained to the young girl that I had made a phone order for a coffee already and I also want to order the toastie that I mentioned to the other lady, she might’ve made a note or something. My friend decided to take the next train, so we had time.

The young girl rolled her eyes, impatiently asked: so you want it now? I said yes please. She didn’t even tell me what items I was paying for and the total amount. The lady with glasses then came and asked me if I have paid, and kept apologizing to that young girl, she didn’t even look at me. I was literally standing next to them, it was embarrassing she said in front of me: oh it was really confusing that order, it was already really confusing when I took the order, I’m sorry.

As if it was all customer’s (my) fault?

If they made good communications in their team and clearly told me what items I was paying and how much, instead of rolling her eyes, and made customers look bad, then this wouldn’t happen.

Also the toastie had no sauce, no salt or pepper at all, and we waited for 30 minutes just...
