I was served by a young woman with dark hair, wasn’t very bright especially with common customer service, was short with ppl ordering food before myself, she wasn’t polite to offer other options and was unaware of some of the menu items, she told a customer that there was none left of a type of croissant he was wanting, the customer had to point out the tomato ones to her after she said “we don’t have any of the tomato ones left”
I ordered an iced dirty chai latte with lactose free milk, a glazed donut and a 5 piece savoury pack. The pastries were really nice but I was let down when waiting for my coffee, it came out as a hot dirty chai, not an iced one, I let the young lady know it was ment to be iced and that I was still waiting for my doughnut she grabbed the doughnut but to fix my coffee order she just added ice to the hot coffee instead of remaking my coffee correctly. It wasn’t enjoyable and couldn’t finish it.

Read moreVery average service.. Wait patiently at the counter to be served to place an order then i again wait after ordering my coffee for the single girl working on her own to then serve the next 4 walk in customers.. Not make a customer leave saying to themselves "I wont be back...

Then a couple walk in and to the counter and get served straight away and then another person behind me decided he could too. If only I had been more open and speak my mind but the people behind the counter could see what was going on but didn’t stop it. Well they have lost my business “a local” and just because it’s school holidays with “out of towners” doesn’t mean you can let manners go out the window. VERY VERY POOR - NEED TO LOOK AT HOW CUSTOMERS CAN LINE UP BETTER AND NOT BE FUC*ED OVER - anyway I will tell all my friend about this...
