Disappointed. Had no carrot! There was one young girl working by herself at 6pm dinner time. I felt sorry for the poor girl having to tell everyone they had no carrot, she said when she started work earlier she was told they had run out of carrot, so why did no one go get some? The Fruit shed is literally 2 minutes away. As she was the only person working she was trying to serve everyone and do Uber orders by herself. Because she was trying to do Uber orders as well, my order went cold, as she had toasted the subs then went to check the Uber out the back, then came back to finish my order, which was a $70 order. Staff need to pay more attention to their customers, instead of complaining about being busy, snapping at each other and worrying about who's coming in to cover for them. They got my order wrong, as well as my friends order. We had to repeat ourselves several times due to them not listening to the questions they were asking us. Had they listened, they would have completed the orders much quicker and wouldn't have been worried about being so busy! My avocado toastie was not toasted and stone cold. Also no signage for breads...
