The online ordering system ACCEPTS AND PROCESSES MY PAYMENT and order but cant actually complete the order because it is “a busy period”. I can’t call you to get a refund because your not answering the phones. It says it will refund me in 24hrs-several days?? Surely this is a consumer rights to know this BEFORE you take the customers money?? The online system is long and difficult, I waited and waited for the order to go through, it went through, then it responses later with "order missed, you were charged when you placed the order but now the order is cancelled". The reason I used your online portal was because I couldn't initially get a hold of you on the phone. I might suggest you cancel or put on hold the online ordering system. First time visit. High expectations to their thai Street food as Facebook ads photos looking good , but end up disappointed.

Waiting our food to be served for more than 30 mins, not complaining as there is a table of almost 15 people before us.

We ordered three dishes. Chicken rice, lamb shank curry with roti, grilled pork intestine. All together $58.50

Grilled pork intestine tasted blend but went well with the chili dipping sauce.

Chicken rice was horrible, both rice and chicken meat tasted very very dry, and the rice already cold when it served. Probably the worst chicken rice I ever had.

My patner had the lamb shank curry with roti, the curry was a bit sweet but acceptable. Roti bread was cut into a few small pieces. Not worthy for the price. He end up ate the dry and cold rice with curry...

Pad Thai or allegedly crispy pork belly bits the size of finger nails which tasted and looked burnt and like week old dried boot leather and very bland, I feel robed as it definitely was not a great meal having no real flavour for a thai meal no veg or herbs very ordinary it looks like a meal a child would make all noodle and a bit of bought sauce no chilli . I had with coconut rice rice which was nice and an entree of spring rolls were tastie but as I asked for sweet chilli sauce and only received a clear dipping liquid was left very unimpressed. Now I have dinned at a lot of Thai over the years and this is the absolute worst ever.

Over all I must be honest I didn't enjoy at all and cannot believe you would sell such crappy food you should be ashamed. I won't be back.
