ORDINARY ON THEIR BEST DAY. We live locally and have had half a dozen goes because it's convenient and well priced. It does seem very much like you get what you pay for in this instance. The food is average but to be perfectly honest, the staff are worse. Only ever one waitress who is always overwhelmed due to being out of her depth rather than too busy. The staff are all kids with limited experience which I can be patient with for a time but when you have inexperienced hospitality teenagers making sushi you're never getting a good result.

Making matters even worse is the place is dirty, dirty, dirty. Don't go there is my advice unless of course you want to be greeted by miserable faces, wait an extraordinary amount of time for your food whilst you watch them punch take away order after take away order out the front door and, if you're happy to run the gauntlet with, getting the runs take a seat in a filthy booth which has been recently wiped with a drenched rag that could have been pulled from a bin. How someone hasn't fallen I'll is miraculous. If I could zero star them I would......

I only had a couple of plates here before I couldn't stand it anymore and had to leave before I was even full. The first two plates I had were promising and quite tasty, but the second two I had completely dropped the ball. 90% lettuce, chewy to no end, and absolutely tasteless. Unless they happen to have what you want on the conveyor already, have fun waiting 20+ minutes per plate you order. The chefs DO NOT prioritise the orders of dining customers and only focus on their take out orders. And when you finally do get what you ordered, its so sloppily made that it isn't even worth it. All the staff seem so inexperienced which appears to be the bulk of the problem. Maybe that's also why the music there was also painfully loud and people had to yell to even talk to each other. I ordered sushi online through the website on 19/09/22 with NO ONIONS, NO MAYO in notes. My husband was the one who picked up the order and when I opened the bag half of my order was covered with mayo and sprinkled with onion.

I called the store and the waiter told me he has no idea what is going on. Oh well, he transferred me to a another lady who could not find my order in the system and told me that manager will send me email for clarification next day. Which manager didn’t.

Every single time when I go to eat in/ have a take away I always end up waiting for my order to be fixed. They never read notes.

Once I ordered through DoorDash and I received someone else’s order. When called to get my order sorted, I was told to come and collect the order( I paid for a delivery) . Never received mine. Contacted DoorDash and got a refund from them.
