What makes this Vietnamese cafe different is the additional non standard items like the pork and prawn pancakes Ban Cot on the breakfast menu and the sizzling platter meat and eggs (a favourite of mine when traveling in Vung Tau), on this occasion I Bun Hue, the Spicy Beef noodle soup which was just what we needed on this cool winters day. The Nguyen Brothers at the Plaza is far more superior to the one in Kon-Tiki business centre that I thought this is an entirely different chain. Even on its own is the best place for viet food on the sunny coast. The slices of beef were tender and juicy. The pho was not overly salty. The chicken wings were crisp and well seasoned.
