Ordered 2 Half strength skinny lattes in tall glasses , ham and cheese toastie on white bread and a slice of Turkish toast. After waiting got 2 lattes in mugs doubt they were half strength and barely warm , a ham and cheese toastie on Turkish bread. No sign of the Turkish toast. Asked the girl working there where is the Turkish toast she said she would check . That was it never saw the Turkish toast or heard from her again . Not bad ordered 4 items and got 3 wrong and totally ignored the fourth the Turkish toast. How about you listen to your customers and get their orders right. Read back the order to the customer so you know it’s right as other shingle inn do.This is the second time they have got our orders wrong. We will not be back to this poor service shingle in franchise. If I could choose zero I would. At the start we asked for a bowl of coffee ( that they have available on display) which they didn’t give us a bowl instead a small coffee. We ordered a burger which tasted like it was weeks old, three small pancakes and tasted like it was from a bottle mix and a serving of chips. The chips were the main issue. If you are paying $8 for chips you would expect a decent serving, not at this place. As one of the staff members was walking over he knocked our chips over all on the table (about half) then continued to pick them up and place them into the same container with his bare hands. I asked for a new serving and he continued to walk away. At the end I asked to speak to the manager and he was very rude and didn’t give a refund as we didn’t have a single chip.
