Watched a staff member dropped my empty coffee cup - then went to re-use it - rather than throw it in the bin and grab a new clean one.

I questioned why he was re-using the dropped cup. His response of “did I?” was rude and defensive.

I explained the hygiene procedures in the food/beverage industry. He was very dismissive.

I left confused on his attitude towards a paying customer.

Sadly - while the coffee is good, the customer service is terrible. The gentleman didn’t give a dam and the lady making coffee can’t crack a smile.
