I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai point burnside and I must say, it was an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to our server, Alex.

From the moment we were seated, Alex greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they were able to provide detailed descriptions of each dish, helping us make our selections with confidence.

Throughout the meal, Alex demonstrated impeccable timing and attentiveness. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, and each course was delivered with precision. What truly stood out, however, was Alex's genuine enthusiasm for the food. They shared their personal favorites and even recommended wine pairings that elevated our meal to another level.

The rice with the two meals I ordered as well as the additional two coconut rice and the black rice dessert with ice cream were all grainy and undercooked. I've never, not ever had rice that was undercooked in all my dining experiences all over Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand or Hong Kong. The Thai green chicken curry was long on sauce, good on chicken but low on vegetables. Having said that the flavour was quite palatable. The chicken stay bowl I found to be a little lacking in any particular character flavour wise, so I'm saying a little bland. I'm going to try them again in a few weeks and hope they read their reviews and regard them as constructive criticism rather than complaints. Went here with a group of friends a few nights ago. As soon as we walked in, the waitresses was seen on her phone and didn’t seem happy to see us. We sat down and immediately noticed the plates and cutlery weren’t properly cleaned. But we excused the scene due to being very hungry.

When we went back in to order food, we once again noticed the one girl serving was on her phone and took no notice of us wanting to order. After ordering, we waited almost an hour for our food to come even though we appeared to be the only people at the restaurant.
