Worst TCCC I have ever visited. When we arrived, we were not welcomed by the manager or SL in charge. (She had a very not welcoming attitude, not sure if she was stressed or tired) They made an error with one of my friends, she ordered a frappe, and she received a smoothie instead. We ordered our 6 plates, and it took around 45 min for being served, and they did not serve all the food together. All plates were served 15 min apart from each other.

My husband and I were the last plates served, and he ordered smoked salmon smashed avo brekkie. They did not tell us they had run out of salmon until the waitress brought a simple smash avo toastie to the table. It would have been more useful if they had told us this when buying, or even 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 minutes after ordering. Instead, the waitress just told us when she served the food, over an hour after getting there, and when our friends had already finished their meals. They could have told us earlier, and we would have chosen an alternative. They offered a couple of hash browns as compensation. We also requested some mushrooms, which they delivered after 20 minutes.

Coffee wasn't that bad, but not the best quality. I asked for latte, and it was very far away from being one.

There are many more options of café near the area, just take another option. This coffee club is a shame. Probably, Maccas in front of it would have been better.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at the Coffee Club. When placing our we were not greeted in any way, I stated that we had signed it before it was even mentioned, however the response by Stacey the waitress was nothing but rude and extremely unprofessional, snapping that it needed to be sighted. Her attitude, tone and mannerisms were simply not acceptable and when I caught her sniggering when I was about to place my order, I told her so!!! She of course didn't appreciate this, so I said to cancel the order and took back my money and left. When walking out the door another customer and her son asked us had she been rude and when we said yes and they stated that it hadn't been the first time and were also considering complaining about her. Some people are not suited for customer service work and she definitively one of them. There are plenty of people after work who would be far more appreciate and not forgetting to mention she was earning Sunday rates! Will definitely think twice about going there again and being locals this is very disappointing. We then went and spent our money elsewhere and the service could not have...

I came the coffee club Coolum yesterday late afternoon around 5.30 as I got lost in the area and my phone died. I had no idea where I was .. as soon as I approached the counter there were 3 young men. I asked if anyone had a phone charger and guy called Stephen brought me one and was so accommodating and lovely. He went out if his way to help me and it was just so nice to get such a fantastic team. It was getting late and I was completely stressed how to find my way home because I've never been to this area. I have ordered medium oat flat white with caramel and it was delicious and the guys asked if i needed anything else at all. Stephen came to my table to show me Google maps on his phone so I could find my way home( what a legend!) I have charged my phone to get me home and had my coffee. The guys were AMAZING! essentially Steven! I could not thank you enough for saving me a lot of stress. I've managed busy cafe for 12 years and seeing young, enthusiastic and dedicated team is very rare. You're the Best, cleanest and most nicest Coffee Club I've been to. I will be back one day ( with my phone charged...
