I love Zambrero and enjoy it regularly when travelling and I was very excited to have a local store finally. Each occasion I have been to Coolum the service has been just terrible such excessively long wait times, staff gossiping and distracted out the back or terribly understaffed. This is the worst Zamberos experience ever and you must be losing so many customers when the constant conversation is to each customer so sorry for the delay which means most people will just choose subway or something else next time. Read moreThe food is Yum, but my gosh the staff are so slow. We eat here regularly and it’s the same issue every time, even when they aren’t busy. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. When ordering takeaway it generally takes the staff double (++) the time to make the food as what the app tells you. Usually we arrive and they say casually “oh yeah I haven’t made it yet”. It would be nice to see staff in there that care about the customer experience.
