小厨飘香 mini tasty kitchen — Restaurant in Sydney

There's a recent 5 star review here that talks about "popping in for a quick brekkie bite". Sounds charming and homey, right? Not sure how he does that when it isn't open in the morning. Fake 5 star review?

I don't know what we did to anger the older lady that has been mentioned more than once here, but clearly she didn't want us there. Silently pointed at a table for us to sit at. Put a packet of tissues on our table, then picked them up and gave them to another table. When she saw my son go to another table to get a tissue, she did not think of getting us some. The food looked thrown onto the plates. I went to the counter to pay. There was nobody there. I waited for 5 minutes. Another guy stood behind me waiting too. After a while, she came out from the back, looked at me and served the guy behind me! Then she walked back out and sent someone else to serve us.

Lady, if we did something to anger you I'm sorry, but we came and quietly ordered and ate. Why the unwelcoming attitude? Is it because we weren't Chinese? I don't know and never willl because we won't be back. We should have payed attention to the other reviews.

Btw, the place looks nothing like...

Arrived around 6.30 when there was only 1 customer. Then 2 groups of people arrived after me. Foods were served for these groups but my food still didn't come. The staff just replied it will be ready soon. Then the single man came to order and got food while i still didn't get my noodle. i just left after waiting for 40 minutes and went to another restaurant. Definitely won't come back. Zero star for...

Very disappointing dining experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no basic courtesy or service attitude. Even worse, the food was clearly not fresh and appeared unhygienic, with an odd taste that raised serious concerns. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this...
