Customer service is absolutely shocking. The most unwelcoming, unfriendly environment and staff. Smiling doesn't hurt, manners don't hurt, and being polite goes a long way. Store cleanliness and atmosphere need major attention. There seems to be a high staff turnover, too. I've seen more new faces with no training or improvement in customer service and efficiency. I honestly don't know why I keep going back to this store other than the fact that they are close, but I think I've finally reached my limit.

I always drive past this place and never stop, tonight I decided like getting an ice cream, the place was very inviting, nice aesthetic, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who took the time to let me try the ice creams, he admitted that they were well known for their drinks, my friend got an avocado drink and I stuck with the ice cream, both were delicious.. to my surprise the owner (I think he was the owner) made me an extra drink on the house to try, it was a pomegranate and passion fruit cocktail .. it was definitely a show stopper! If I could put Star or may be negative stars, I would do that. This is the worst place ever. We went there yesterday and ordered 4 items. I asked for a juice with mint and lemon in it. There was nothing in the juice but mint and lemon. My husband got an Acai Bowl, it had a stale taste to it. This was not enough, we also ordered a cocktails, my husband was having it in the car, it had some cream in it, which again tasted stale and sour. My husband got sick after that.
