Tonight was my third time to visit the place and first time to go there alone. In my first visit with my boyfriend, the food were very good but it takes more than 30mins before the food is served. My second time with my friend was quite bad in terms of the service but with food it taste good the only problem that time was there are a lot of drunk customers inside which is very loud and the staffs cannot even handle it. And tonight I'm so upset because I had a bad experience in terms of the food, service and ambiance. First of all I order Chicken Biryani, spring rolls and mango lassi. The chicken biryani is disgusting because the chicken is still not cook. I can see redness inside the meat. The spring rolls its too oily. The mango lassi is good but I wonder why they serve it in a small glass now. I remember when I order mango lassi for the first time it was serve in a big glass. Second problem is poor service. When you enter the restaurant no one's greeting you, no one's giving you the menu and worst is they cannot handle drunk customers. Third is the ambiance, tonight I don't feel that its safe for me to comeback again in this restaurant because again there are a lot of drunk customers inside. I was eating alone and here comes the 2 indian drunk customers who seat in my table. I was shock and can't even say a word. These guys were inviting me to have a drink and I said "No, I'm fine. Thank you" I ask one of the crew to let the guys out from my table and the guys were still there and I decided to walk out from the shop because they ruining my vibe.
To the management, please don't let your customers bring alcoholic drinks inside the restaurant because that is not right and please address my concern about not letting customers bring drinks because I feel pity to the female crews. Everytime there's a group of males coming in the restaurant and drinking the customers doesn't respect them. The crews cannot control the drunk customers that's why they let the drunk customers do what...
Read moreThe lady at the front desk (named Raveena, I hope I have not spelled it wrong) is extremely rude with no customer service skills at all. I have never left a negative review before or named any person publicly. With this lady, it appears to be an ongoing issue (more than 6 times by now). Its not only just in my case, I have heard the same feedback from couple of other persons, but didn't mention it before. Raveena, has no respect for the customer and is fully ignorant. If the food takes longer to prepare than informed, instead of apologizing for the extra wait time, she will simply say it so rudely that - wait it will take time and can't help. This lady really needs to work on her tone and not to raise her voice (as it seems like yelling), and also I believe its important to keep your customer informed that your food might take 30 minutes to be ready, would it be okay to wait for that long? Many times, I have asked her the manager's details or owner's details, but she always ignore my question. I stress here, I was all the time very polite to this lady, despite the fact her tone was always raised. So finally, I thought this matter is going over and over again and won't like walking away from this restaurant just on seeing this lady at the front desk. As she got a terrible attitude with no apology or sense of serving the customer politely. Sorry to say, but I strongly believe the lady at the front desk needs some customer service training. Other than that, the food always taste awesome and hope to see more varieties and improved customer service at front desk on...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with my recent order from this restaurant. I ordered Chicken Roganjosh, Paneer Tufani, and Chicken 65. Shockingly, both the Chicken Roganjosh and Paneer Tufani were served in the exact same gravy — same taste, same texture, just different names. It felt like I was being fooled.
The biggest concern was the Chicken 65. The chicken smelled awful — like it was old or not stored properly. It had a strong, unpleasant odour that made it completely inedible. Serving such spoiled meat is not just unprofessional, it’s a serious health hazard.
There was zero care for quality or authenticity, and absolutely no attention to food hygiene. Honestly, this was one of the worst Indian food experiences I’ve had in Australia.
If you care about your health and value for money, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this place. Poor taste, questionable hygiene, and a...
