The store seems to not have enough staff members or they are not trained in customer service. I once had to wait 20 minutes to get my change because the staff member had closed the till before giving me my change, and did not know how to open it up herself. Rather than calling for assistance, she made me wait to the side while she served other customers. When another customer complained about the wait for service (as there was a long line and only one staff member serving), finally another staff member came up to help serve, and only then did they assist in getting my change. Each time I have been met with low staff - queues at register with only 1 operator - this is not customer service orientated & particularly frustrating - first two visits I forgave as got some great bargains - but today saw people dump products as decided not to wait in queue !
