I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience, which I found to be quite disappointing. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, the service did not meet the expectations a customer can hope for. This one barista who is currently making coffee, seemed to be in a consistently bad mood, which significantly impacted the overall experience. Not only today, a few times before as well, I always understood that everyone has off days, but today it was really rude and aggressive behaviour , to any customer it can be disheartening to feel unwelcome and start their morning like this.

Additionally, when there were mistakes with my coffee order, the response I received was less than accommodating. She grabbed my cup with anger and put in the bin, left me shocked with that attitude. While I recognize that errors can happen, I felt that the situation was not handled with the positive attitude at all. It’s disheartening to encounter a grumpy attitude when anyone one seeks is a delightful cup of coffee and a pleasant interaction.

Regrettably, based on this experience, I find myself unable to return or recommend your coffee shop to friends. I hope that my feedback can inspire a shift towards a more positive and inviting atmosphere, where both staff and customers can enjoy their time together otherwise the business will keep loosing the...

If you consider yourself a foodie or at least someone who likes to try new and delicious food, this is 100% the place for your next visit. The food here will blow your mind and I promise that you won’t regret it, heck, you might even see the face of God!! Now yes, I realise that may be a bit extreme but it is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The chef, Dicky has an incredible amount of talent and puts so much love into his food, it’s no wonder why it tastes amazing! The other staff, Kaia, Arde and Kay are so wonderful and truly, more people should aspire to be like them - they are so kind and patient and know how to help buff the atmosphere of the restaurant to the point it feels like a 2nd home. The design of the place is something out of a movie scene, truly a testament to the owner’s skill and ambition. Overall, everything is done to perfection. I highly recommend swinging by for a coffee at the very least - the machine they use and the coffee grounds...

Disappointing experience. Looking for a good cup of coffee and asked for a Belgium white chocolate mocha. The staff said they don't have that in the menu, but was able to do this for me on Day 1. I decided to go back the following day as it was a good coffee, but was then told that they can no longer offer me the Belgium white chocolate mocha because "the owner pre-mixes the white and dark chocolate", so they can only do a normal Belgium mocha.

I asked if they could just keep a small container of (unmixed) Belgium white chocolate so I can buy a coffee each morning but they just simply refused.
