Bint Jbeil Lebanese Cuisine — Restaurant in Sydney

Have previously eaten in and food was great, had previous takeaway and food was great. However ordered takeaway today, got home and there was no leb bread as Ive been given before on both eat in and takeaway experiences. They do give a couple of chilli soaked leb bread pieces, but they also put a leb bread slice under the meat and a little bag of fresh leb bread. Today we arrived home to find no leb bread in a bag, or under the meat. I dont eat chilli or especially soggy soaked chili bread. I called and instead of apologizing they argued with me saying there is bread under the meat, which there was not and that they dont give leb bread with there mixed plates, he has just put it in before but their mixed plates dont come with breads. Can tell you the attitude and arguing and denying has put me off and now would have to say not worth going there when your treated like that. I know its only leb bread but its how ive always eaten it, meat and sauce wrapped in bread. Very disappointing experience.

Visited a week ago and had a below average mixed plate and was served by inattentive staff. Told my self I would give them another chance as they only recently opened. Went again today and ordered 2 wraps. The girl correctly took the order and gave our drinks, cutlery and bread shortly after! During our wait we saw everyone else served and after 40 minutes when someone else got their food who came well after us I asked where our food was and the response was “it didn’t get put through, what can I get you”. We didn’t order again and left as we had already wasted 45 minutes in the restaurant. Both staff walked past our table on multiple occasions where they should have noticed 2 people clearly waiting for their food but could not be bothered to check and do their job. Apparently cleaning cutlery was more important.

I am extremely disappointed as I had great expectations and was willing to give them another chance. Definitely not returning. Food is below average with small serving sizes and overpriced and staff have no idea what they are doing and little to no customer...

Excellent lebanese cuisine here and so happy to have a good middle eastern restaurant around. Staff went above and beyond with a smile! The foul was outstanding actually the best I've had, the quality of olive oil lifted it to another level 🙌 Also ordered a mixed plate which has added bonus of kibble falafel and can't remember but triangle pastry. The falafel was the crunchiest I've ever had, damn was good! Kibbe was awesome too and I think immm sasambook?? Delicious 😋 Skewer of lamb was delicious as was chicken and kafta. Tabbouli was so fresh and chilli bread Excellent not deep fried yay! Mixed plate 32 for all that is defo for two people with the extras. Oh hummus yum as was toum but stand out was baba ganoush so smokey!!! Skewers are smaller for the whingers but remember it's 32 dollars for all that food!!! 54 all up with foul, a tea and two cans, bargain. Give it a go...
