My niece went to buy a donut with a $5 note. She had told them what she wanted but was told what she was getting instead (which she didnt even like) then is told she owes them an extra $1. Keep in mind my niece is 5 years old. When her mum approached them to see what was going on she was not happy. Today i ordered a decaf latte from the store in Minto Mall.. what I received was a coffee milkshake with cream.. so I mentioned latte was just milk ..coffee and ice.. what I got next was coffee with icecream.. back it went..I explained to the lady what a latte consisted of and she just said “huh?” The next offering was coffee with the cream mixed in with the milk.. which the young girl slammed on the table.. the strange thing is I’ve had a great latte at the same place but a different girl was there to make it.. your staff need training in customer service and also how to make a simple...

Ordered a milkshake and watched her pump one pump of caramel syrup when I got it I tasted it and it taste like straight milk was disgusting. I then told her no it taste like milk add more syrup. Please teach your staff to not be stingy and do the right thing or you will lose customers.
