Ordered the 21 fried chicken piece and other more , we were with the group. Order came fast but when we ate it , it was very very soggy and very salty. It feels like you are eating poached chicken when you order fried chicken. Didn’t even finished a single piece and we went to talk with the team, well they are not apologetic instead saying this is how the kfc chicken is? Like duh !!! Have been to all places of kfc, they never served us a chicken like this before. Even in my group of friends, I have crew from kfc as well from another place. We even are ok to settle if they are going to make new one for us but they are neither willing to make a new one nor to refund. Common what’s wrong with this crew even the manager? Common seriously!!!! How did you become the manager when you don’t have any customer service skill ? You are the head their on your shift and if you are arguing with customer like that instead of solving nicely what will your junior staff gonna learn ? Same thing?!

Read moreCame through the drive thru after a nine hour shift at work. Ordered a couple things through that AI bot and went around to the next window. Firstly, the AI got our whole order wrong and the screens were completely blacked out when we ordered. We had to change everything with the worker and then went to the next window. This is where we meet the most rudest blonde girl worker. She shoved our food into a small bag, passed it over and it broke all over me and all over my car. I turn around to the worker in shock, thinking i’d see the same reaction from her. but instead, i’m met with a window being slammed and the back of her head as she walked away to pack the next order. We pull up in the car park to debrief what just happened and had a completely empty go bucket as it spilt all over the drive thru floor and everywhere in my car. I went down to get a new one and was ignored for 5 minutes. Went back to my car and realised they didn’t even give me my drink. So, i went back through the drive thru and had to argue with the “manager” that i wasn’t given my drink. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration following a recent visit to your Minto branch.
After working a long 12-hour shift, I went to KFC Minto with my children, who had also spent the entire day in childcare. We were all looking forward to a comforting meal and placed an order for a Family Feast along with 3 extra pieces of boneless fried chicken for takeaway.
However, upon returning home, I was extremely disappointed to find that the order was not as expected:
Out of the 10 pieces of chicken they have been given 5 small wings and the other 5 were very small pieces, not the standard portions typically expected. The 3 pieces of boneless fried chicken were severely underwhelming—each piece was barely half an inch in size, which is completely unacceptable. The order was handled by one female and one male staff member. Unfortunately, the service was not only inattentive, but the quality and accuracy of the order were far below KFC’s usual standards.
