Purchased take away coffee on Tuesday 2 April and Wednesday 3 April around mid- morning. Great service with a smile and perfect temperature coffee (I like extra hot, not burnt)! Returned Thursday 4 April around 10:15am. A girl took order, and a boy attempted to make coffees. I had to ask 3 times to remake 2 capps extra hot! I was very polite and told the young boy , no rush and to take his time. In the end, after the 3rd attempt to make the coffee hot, the girl returns and puts the 2 coffees on the counter and with a miserable frown, rudely taps on coffee with her long, fake nails and proceeds to tell me which coffee is which.Needless to say, the milk essentially was burnt in the end.. I work and reside in Georges Hall, making an effort to travel to Condell Park to purchase these $10 coffees.. The inexperienced barista and- sour faced girl with a bad attitude is not on! This is the exact reason I stopped purchasing coffee here! Such a dissapointing customer service experience today! I thought after the last 2 days of good service and quality coffee, things had changed! Really need consistency with experienced/polite/ professional service and quality product...

Hi I have honestly tried avoiding writing this for the past year but it doesn’t seem to get any better. As a loyal customer for the past 4 years, it’s actually very disappointing. I used to order açai bowls regularly until they changed the ingredients. The last time I ordered one it had big pieces of clear plastic all through it, which I nearly choking on it due to this. I did not get so much as an apology and reluctantly they gave me a refund for it. The Coffee is a hit and miss every single time without fail. I am a Muslim scarfed woman, I ordered a cheese and tomato sandwich just the other day and they put ham in it. I didn’t realise it was ham and I ate a piece before I realised. When I complained they smirked at me and refused to give me a refund and only offered to make me a new one. I have continued to be let down completely and I have given them the benefit of the doubt and continue to go back, I may be local but I will never be going back again. Each time I have been to this place for coffee, I had to wait for a really long time to get the coffee. For takeaway, it’s too long. And, staff don’t seem to care much about moving a little quicker. There were 2 people before me that ordered their coffee and waiting so I was third in the queue. The barista was preparing some takeaway order of 4 cups so to get my order, I literally had to wait 16 minutes for just a cup of takeaway coffee. I asked the person who took the order of how much longer will it be and he simply looked to the barista (who didn’t even bother to respond) and replied saying “it’s coming”. The last order was mine and after standing right in front of the counter for 16 minutes waiting, once the order was ready, the server yelled out wrong order.
