Flames Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered for the second time, a half chicken bread and garlic sauce. This time I didn't get the bread so I called the shop only to be answered by an obnoxious young girl who tried to tell me that I was wrong and that what I ordered doesn't include bread.. but when I told her I ordered the same thing a couple of days ago and that it clearly states on the uber order, she just became more rude and I ended up telling her she was stupid.. Instead of saying, sorry that we missed the item.. she just kept going on at me like I was stupid and that I was an idiot!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! STAFF SHOULD KNOW THE MENU!!!

I asked the lovely lady if the chickens sitting there were fresh she said it just came out. I ordered the family meal got home which is literally 2 min away. And the chicken what the heck. It wasn't golden and crispy like the photos I seen on here at all. There were white parts and soft. Wasn't that fresh at all. Chicken was juicy. But wasn't hot and wasn't crispy. So strange. The green pickles STANK. Had to throw them out. Drink wasn't cold. Service ans friendly was 10 out of 10 but ur chickens omg. I'll never come back I'll stick to...

I stood in the shop today as the only customer by myself while the young girl played on a tablet for a couple of minutes even though she saw me walk in...when I eventually was able to order she said I would have to wait for her boss to take the order as she wouldn't be able to give me 10 legs of chicken....I waited a few more minutes for her boss to finally arrive and he said he won't give me 10 chicken leg because he doesn't know what to do with the breast and then proceeded to tell me I'd have to wait 15 mins as he had nothing...
