We used to frequent this place and haven’t had it in the recent years since moving away. We returned today and can’t begin to explain our gross disappointment. It’s nothing like it used to be. $49 for 2 ā€œlarge HSP/boxesā€ which were practically inedible. The one was meant to have meat and chicken, it’s full of chewy fat despite a generous serve of meat. The chicken one had chicken breast and was drowning in bbq sauce, as clearly evident in the pics (I’ve included before and after up until the point where I couldn’t eat it any further, despite being incredibly hungry). Paid $5 for some awful chilli sauce (asked for the chilli Mayo combo) but it’s not what it used to be, this is some random homemade type of sauce with what looks like yoghurt. Idk if there’s been a change in ownership but the charge on my statement shows a different to what it used to be (i remember clearly, that’s how often we’d frequent it). Also, didn’t recognise anyone (although it was during the day) and the Uncle that sounds like Bruce Shark from finding Nemo wasn’t around - for lack of a better description. The sister at the front (not the pizza section) was irritated that we were there to place an order, I recognise that it’s not an easy role but the service was outright putrid. No receipt and for what we received, it was certainly over priced and a complete waste. Words can’t begin to explain how disappointed we are.

I have been to the "Watsup Brothers" so many times I must say every time of my visit I was never disappointed. Their food quality, portion is always great. Freshly cooked and always really delicious.

Disappointing to say the least. Ordered and picked up on site on Sunday April 17th before breaking fast. Not busy at all due to Ramazan. Got home to my surprise of 'lapa' mush rice that is inedible and chicken shish that I had to recook in a pan because it was not cooked through to the centre. Word of advice, do not send out food that you wouldn't eat yourself! Whomever decided to place the uncooked rice into this container should be sacked! Straight into the bin it went. Waste of money. The individual cooking the shish on the coals should be taught to place small cuts in the meat as its cooking to ensure the meat is cooked all the way through. I shouldn't have to recook a takeaway order. Sauces should be provided in separate containers and not combined into one container. You're probably trying to save costs on packaging but I didn't ask for mixed sauce. This place has been up and running for years so there is no excuse for uncooked food. It seems you have become complacent. A little bit of quality control and some customer courtesy when taking an order will go a long way and will avoid such issues that I experienced at your venue. Having said that, I can't fault the pide department so congrats to them for providing quality 'cooked' food. The lahmacun was great.

The chicken burger is tasty. Checken and beef rolls are acceptable ( compared to my favourite Auburn 5 star Kebab). I would easily give them 4 stars if their coutomer service was better as I can confirm from my several purchases from Condell Park branch that staff do not have time nor patience to listen to their customers. My instructions for my orders been repeatedly ignored. I hardly can remember I ever asked for something in adjusting my order and someone ever listened or even cared. In my last visit, yesterday, I asked if I had my takeaway burger cut in half ( I can't eat it all at once). The person who was serving told me "if they have time they will do it for you",despite it was not busy at 4pm ( only myself and another person was standing for takeaway order). And as usual it's like I haven't even spoken!! This may appear minor issue but it reflects on the attitude of staff towards...
