Heard good things and is why I'm gonna be so harsh you obviously at some.point done things right.unfortunately for us you are delusional if you still think the standard is good . Base was still raw no dough had even started to rise up still dense almost cold like a foccacia. We had bbq chicken pizza was hardly a base covering bottom ,really had to look for it. everything was thrown on parts. It was obvious this pizza was made out of wedlock no love in sight ,no care, And not even enough topping for small pizza we had large not even basted or covered with topping or sauce a pbart of the pizza had a lump of pulled apart chicken it was pulled apart so thin like strands and was obviously dried out it was so thinly applied the minute it hit the oven. The other side barely had any chicken just a few bits of onion on raw bread that was such a fail so tight on cheese it' was sad the lack of sauce and cheese and the way the chicken pas pulled apart to almost trick you into thinking it was more like the Chinese bakery's do on the Vietnamese banh mi. With all the empty crust and gaps without topping one would think how didn't they manage to still have the base so undercooked . Id understand if it was flooded with toppings covering it. Honestly Cmon guys I'll buy it but not when U take the piss considering a pizza shop do nothing but make pizza daily to think they were happy to send that makes me wonder what was going on .I understand people have crappy days and are not perfect however C'mon it was harder to do a bad job than good really pizza is a food of simplicity one of the world's great iconic foods to do it right it must be simple made with love consistently Really a woodfired pizza is one of the most basic foods there is one must master like 3 components nice base fresh ingredients made consistent with love ..but thrown together like that ..... .Sorry no excuse.. 3 /10 underdone base ,rediculously short on toppings , those that were there were thrown on it made no sense and the shredded chicken was unforgivable and so was the cheese rations.,Sorry but you know as much as I do it's trash I'm guessing you won't admit it but...

This place has a young boy that works there that ran outside after my dad to fight him because my dad didn’t want the pizza anymore coz it took 40min instead of 20min like he was told. I’d like to meet this baby boy so I can educate his little head in customer service. Don’t be a hero little guy coz u never know who your trying to assault on the street. Be careful and your food is not that great. Go to Adams pizza on hector street there pizza is heaps better

Have a great day

First of all I can not see a threat in my post, second of all if the lady wasn’t so rude this wouldn’t of happened third of all I’m sure he didn’t wanna offer the pizza for free 40min after he ordered it, should of offered when it was already late in store so please don’t try and be all professional and and make yourself the victim, get over yourselves really, and as a business this was a very in professional and uneducated response but good luck with everything I hope it all gets better and have a...

Unfortunately, my recent experience with La Forniana was disappointing. I ordered a garlic pizza with added mozzarella cheese on a gluten-free base, and what I received was barely edible.

The gluten-free base was extremely hard — not just crispy or overcooked, but genuinely rock-solid. It was so tough that chewing it became a challenge. Rather than being an enjoyable meal, it felt like I was biting into stale, dry bread. The texture completely ruined the overall experience, and I couldn’t get through more than a few bites.

I specifically chose the gluten-free option expecting a well-prepared, thoughtful alternative — but what I got felt careless and unappetising. The cheese and garlic topping were okay, but couldn’t make up for how unpleasant the base was.

If you’re looking for a gluten-free pizza, I’d strongly recommend trying elsewhere until there’s a clear improvement in quality from...

Lovely family restaurant serving hearty Italian dishes with dine-in and takeaway options. I loved the creaminess of the bosciola sauce and the al dente fettuccine but unfortunately the chicken was dry. The actual size of the “small”pizza was pleasantly surprising and the dough had a lovely chew. We decided we had to order dessert at $6 per gelato and we were not disappointed. An almond chocolate coating to the nougat and chocolate gelato reminded me of ferrero rocher.. So yummy 😋 The young waitress who served us was very kind and attentive. Would be keen to come back again and try more with a larger group!

The food here was really hit and miss. The pizza dough was so thick and heavy. The toppings were way too salty and something sprinkled on top tastes really bitter. The garlic bread was the size of a football but the garlic buttery flavour doesn’t go deep into the bread it’s just on the surface and it is green which is odd. The pasta is very plain and I could cook it better to be honest. I would say this is very inauthentic Italian. What a shame. I have had sooo much better than this in other places so I won’t be going back here again.
