We ordered dinner on Friday night with Uber delivery. When we opened the sealed bag, my child’s food wasn’t packed. I then rang them and they simply blamed the poor Uber delivery driver, I told them that the food bag was sealed and then their reply was come to the store and pick up then ! I simply can’t believe these people and by the way I drove all the way to pick up food and they didn’t even apologise properly, shocked ! I am local and always like to support local businesses, specially during this time, at the same time I also like to get treated the same way with some respect and accountability for their action. For anyone reading the reviews, you can see the response from management was prompt and very apologetic. Although DoorDash never issued a refund for my order, that is no fault of the restaurant, and they were more than willing to make it right, which is reflected in their response to this review.
