Decent food if you get the right order which unfortunately never seems to happen to me. Today I ordered 2 toasties and 3 pies, 1 toasty was wrong and 2 pies were wrong. The time before this I was given the wrong pastries, and the time before that again my toasty was wrong and so on. Great little bakery, tasty pies and fresh bread. My only suggestion is to improve ordering process, always lots of staff busy doing stuff, but no clear person to order from. I'd always have one on till, one on coffees, one on bAkery and one on sandwiches at busy times.
