Casula Chicks & Seafood — Restaurant in Sydney

First time there today with my family. Thought we'd give it a go and eat inside. Food was great very happy with our order. We like to dine out and pricing is never an issue as long as the food is good. The cook was great, friendly and very helpful. Bought 2 x calamari dozen pack, 2 x seafood pack & bottle of ice tea around $47.00

I do have a complaint though with the young female staff at the counter. She will end up bringing this take away shop down if she remains to be rude and employed there. Because of how she treated me in front of other customers, my family and I will never go back there again. She accused us for taking a bottle of water without paying even after I told her it was bought from Maccas. Has Maccas logo on it. Open your eyes! It has Maccas logo on it and only sold at Maccas. Bloody smile a little and be nice to your customers. Don't roll your eyes & actually listen to what the customer is requesting. Watching her while we were eating she was not friendly to others at all. On our way out she rudely asked again if we paid for the water in front of everyone. I was so angry & upset I shoved the bottle in her face and said look IT'S FROM MACCAS! It has the logo! You asked me already! She didn't even apologies. Very disappointing. It's a shame. Very delicous food but we will not...

Used to be the best around. Not now.

Now the chicken is nothing special (it used to be), the burgers are ordinary and the fish and chips are greasy. They don't even taste like charcoal chicken anymore.

The biggest annoyance, however, is the fact they start packing up at 6.45 and they often run out of chickens before that.

Show up at 7.00 on the way home from work on a Friday night and you'll often be served up a surly service and not be able to get anything but a burger and chips.

If you are open until 8.00 then don't start packing up until 7.45 and have a full range of stuff until then. Pay the staff until 8.30 if you have to. But the way you are doing it now, you are losing a lot of customers because you can't reliably get a slightly late dinner.

With service like that it's no wonder the chains are thriving. You can at least get what you want, when they say they are open...

The Worst Chicken Shop Hands Down!

1st, don't know why are all your stuff are acting so cocky and providing zero customer service to their customers when you clowns are just running a stock standard chook shop.

2nd, the chicken and chips taste like nothing, if u are really trying to cheap out of ingredients then you are not going to get returning customers simple. The chicken and Coleslaw literally stunk, the chicken smelt like it was never washed before going into the oven.

3rd the place looks and smells filthy!

Was a great place before but currently there is no reason to go there, your better off getting your chicken in a bag from woolies or find another chicken shop. Only thing this place is slightly better then is servo food.
