Cherry Beans Rydalmere — Restaurant in Sydney

[4.7/5] Breakfast Roll, Small flat white... it's raining hmm ok I'll go for a hot chocolate as well. For great service lead with a smile and enjoy the hospitality.

I come back to Cherry Beans Rydalmere for the deceptively named Breakfast Roll which is a wonderful balance of savoury and sweet, smooth and crispy. The other cafes of the same name around Western Sydney just don't do it like this. For those with a pension for large and indulgent breakfast burgers, this place is for you. This time had small flat-white as a pairing and was left sitting with notes of honey, dark chocolate, and cream on the palette. I brought a friend and had to share the hot chocolate experience. The staff accomodated splitting a regular into two smaller cups for each of us to have a taste. All I can say is that drinking liquid milk chocolate is a wonderful and they give the Guylian Cafe a run for it's money.

This understated cafe is a treat for a cool Saturday morning that will I be coming back to and bringing friends. We are fortunate to have a great cafe so close and I hope to enjoy breakfast here for many years to come.

Note: Perhaps I'll post photos next time, but I couldn't help myself and got stuck into the burger before the drinks...

Came here for lunch-very disappointed with the food and service. What I wanted to order initially was sold out- so I chose something else on the menu - the chilli scrambled egg on croissant. The croissant was rock solid and I was unable to cut through with a butter knife. I informed the staff I was unable to cut through but decided to give it another chance by requesting a bigger/ sharper knife (steak knife) and still had difficulty cutting through the croissant. Notified the staff again and requested for another croissant that isn’t stale but staff were not helpful and told me the croissants are all like that. I didn’t appreciate the response and level of service considering this is not the first time I’ve had croissants in my life. Only ate the scrambled egg and wasted the croissant. Great little Cafe! Originally was told by my mechanic it was the best spot around here for a good coffee

The staff are so lovely! Had my car getting a major service between two trips🥹🫣 day 1 was rained out, one of the lady's offered me an umbrella and to bring it back after collectingmy car.

I had to eat lunch and had coffee and a gew deinks, she was very insistent it was fine and I didn't have to buy anything. Back the second time and still just as lovely, even bringing me a glass of water!
