People were friendly. A few families around. Parking spaces at the front. In the outdoor area, there's a big kids climbing area, a free jumping castle (put up when not windy), and an area for lawn bowls. Indoor, theres many areas to sit and eat, there's a small arcade area with a machine to swap for coins (time crisisII, car & motorbike racing, claw machines, air hockey). Female, male and disable toilet. A big section which can be separated with folding slide doors for private functions which also included the upper stage area. Menu was ok. The doughnut we had was maybe a bit old coz the bread part was dry. The spaghetti & meatballs and Haloumi salad was okay. There's not many things around the area as it's mostly houses and business buildings, but there's an Aldi across the road and down another complex across the otherside of road theres a rock climbing gym (bouldering). The other side of the road has a pub and smaller food shops.

The service was great, plenty of space for Friday Lunch, the food came out in a reasonable time and was really tasty, the steak was cooked perfect and so was the schnitzel and the chips had a good crunch and perfect amount of salt, the only critique and reason it wasn't a 5 star review (would rate 4.5 if I could) was the gravy was very watery.

The food was good, and the portions were generous. The staff on the food side were friendly also. The only thing that could improve is the food being served hot, as we had to wait for the pizza. I felt the other dishes must have been waiting for a bit before they were served. Regardless, the taste was still good and would come back again.

POOR STAR RATING not for the FOOD BUT for the BAD EXPERIENCE with this one particular STAFF

We visited this place and the food and drinks were ok, BUT the Staff who was currently in charge today Saturday 27/11/2021 was very UNPROFESSIONAL, I didn’t get his name but I will describe him who was a man in his later years with a distinct “MUSTACHE” He wrongfully accused and SCOLDED my little kid son 9 year old in a foul manner in front of all the people present in our celebration and customers. I am wondering how this attitude is accepted in this company in which you present and endorse that this is a family friendly environment. I am 100% sure that he is the only one who has a MUSTACHE that is very distinguishable during that time (27/11/2021).

He needs to learn to talk with “MANNERS” specially towards customer and in front of a 9 YEAR OLD Child rather than expressing yourself full of emotion, “SHOUTING” and being DISRESPECTFUL in front of customers.

I am hoping that the Management of this Restaurant CLUB will make action for this staff member to stop their “ACTION OF BAD BEHAVIOR”

Your Staff need to be given a proper training to manage their ATTITUDE towards Customers.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE on my FIRST TIME VISIT for...

We love the FC and have supported it since it first opened. It's a great venue for families with plenty of space for the kids to run around. We loved the food and would even order uber eats when we decided to have a night in. It pains me to say this but since the chef changed just before Christmas the food has been very disappointing. I'll be honest and say we've now started attending different venues because the food has deteriorated so much. I really hope this feedback can help you rediscover the great meals you had before because it saddens me to...
