Waiter was young and thus appeared to still be learning professional customer service skills (e.g. no smile, monotone, speaking too casually). Went here on a Saturday for lunch. Food: we only tried the sushi today. rice was a bit hard for all sushi. packeted pink ginger only (no white ginger). the salmon on the grilled salmon aburi was very dry the cooked tuna was overly sweet and "wet" due to the soaking of the black sweet sauce - it is also dark in colour (not the usual creamy version) e.g. in the lion king sushi (I.e. grilled salmon with cooked tuna). soy sauce provided was very salty. slices of salmon on the sushi was soooo thin. Hygiene: I noticed that the raw salmon was sitting in a container at room temperature rather than in the fridge and taken out only...

Very much highly recommend this sushi train. The restaurant is beautiful and clean and comfortable. The food is very fresh and delicious. There's a good range of sushi on offer. The service is next level. The waitress provided the best service I've ever received. She was friendly attentive and quick. My son spikt a coke and she ran to our table with a cloth. Took her 30 secs to clean it up with a smile. Also, for specific dietary requirements, they are perfect. Happy to help out and prepare the sushi how you need it . I'm my case (low sodium), everything was prepared to suit me. Price was good to with all coloured plates $3.50, black for $4.50, and I think $7 for gold. I have not even finished my food yet and I usually never leave google reviews, but wow! I am in awe with how delicious and fresh tasting their food is 😍 I ordered a few sushi rolls, yakidori & karaage chicken to be delivered from door dash and everything came fresh, hot and packaged amazingly! They added all necessary utensils (napkins/forks/spoon/chopsticks) and extras (soy sauce/wasabi/ginger) without any added cost and even popped in a little soup (I think miso) for free too. The serving sizes for the price is also another big win. It’s the little things that make such a huge difference and you can definitely tell that they put 110% to cater to their customers so, thank you!
