Ordered two pizzas some garlic bread and drinks, food came within a reasonable time and the delivery driver was a nice guy. Although it was all down hill from there….my pizza (a double bacon cheeseburger with pickles + added garlic aioli sauce) showed up with jalapeños instead of pickles and no extra sauce…. I then open up my partners pizza and low and behold there is my sauce on his pizza!! Keep in mind he absolutely hates garlic and I’m not a big fan of spice, so now both these pizzas are completely useless to us. Now I’ve worked in my fair share of restaurants and even a pizza shop back in the day, so it’s no dramas and I understand mistakes are made…which is why I called the store to get a replacement order….. Big mistake! The girl that answered the phone told me they don’t stock pickles and instead substitute jalapeños (which blows my mind because the only thing pickles and jalapeños have in common is that they’re green lmao). Oh and she assured me the sauce on my parters pizza (which was supposed to be on my pizza) was mayonnaise and not garlic sauce, this was apparently a good enough explanation for the unwanted sauce on a pizza that isn’t advertised to be on there and that I paid extra for! Absolutely unbelievable, after over 30mins back and forth and two phone calls later, dominoes belmore has agreed to replace my partners pizza without the sauce this time and as for me well I guess I can “just pick the jalapeños off” Anyways probably the worst dominoes experience I’ve had, won’t be ordering from here again, go to dominoes in...
Read moreExtremy bad customer service. I ordered pizza online at some other store, however, due to some technical glitch on Domino's website, the order happened to be placed at Belmore store. I called the store to let them know the issue and they asked me to drive down 1 hour to Belmore to pick that order. They told that's my mistake and said couldn't cancel. They said "I cannot cancel this order because if I cancel it, those pizzas would be wasted". I told them "I wouldn't be able to drive one hour to pick those pizzas at this moment and what is going to happen to them?". They responded "If we get the order for the same pizza, we'll give them to another customer, but cannot cancel your order. That's your mistake". They were ready to take the payment twice for the same pizza, however, not ready for any sort of customer service for issue that was from Domino's end, not me. I went to nearby Domino's to enquire about the issue, and the staff over there said, "These type of issues keep happening and any Domino's store would definitely be able to cancel the order. We keep on having similar issues time and again and we just process refund". That's quite strange. I did put the feedback to Domino's customer service team but they didn't seem to provide any support either. A big hand to Domino's customer service. Well...

Pizzas boxes got wet in the rain & driver didn't have change even though it was noted when delivery was made. Delivery driver said it's not his problem if the pizzas are cold he had too many deliveries .For a new business in the area it's very bad ,the owner/franchisees need to put the right people and leader in his/her business. Always order at the Earlwood store they have never disappointed us in store and delivery service.Word of Mouth is everything it only takes 1 customer to spread the word .If the owner wants his/her business to succeed in the area they need to train their leaders and staffs better ,they need to be on top of their customer service and need to improve their food quality control.If the owner cares about his/her business they should read all the negative feedbacks about their business.The fact that the store is new in the area giving bad service and food ain't going to benefit your business...
