My visit to Domino's Emu Plains was a dreadful experience, primarily due to an employee named "Om," who subjected me to verbal abuse that left me deeply disturbed.
As I stepped into the store, I noticed a lack of warmth and enthusiasm from the staff. However, my interaction with Om surpassed all expectations of poor customer service. From the moment I placed my order, he exuded an aura of hostility, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the lifeblood of their business.
Despite my attempts to maintain a polite demeanor, Om responded with contempt and disrespect. He made disparaging remarks and offensive comments that were utterly unwarranted. It seemed as though he found pleasure in demeaning and ridiculing customers, with no regard for the emotional toll it might take.
The sheer lack of empathy displayed by Om was shocking. Instead of addressing my questions or concerns, he opted to mock me in front of other patrons. The humiliation I experienced was beyond words, and it was clear that Om thrived on asserting his authority to make customers feel inferior.
Verbal abuse should never be tolerated, especially from those in customer-facing roles. It is disheartening that Domino's Emu Plains would employ an individual like Om, who lacks even the most basic interpersonal skills.
I sincerely hope that the management at Domino's Emu Plains takes immediate action regarding Om's unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be subjected to such degradation. I urge them to implement thorough training programs to ensure all employees comprehend the importance of respectful and courteous treatment toward customers.
In conclusion, my visit to Domino's Emu Plains was a nightmarish ordeal, largely due to the appalling conduct of employee Om. I cannot stress enough how disappointing it is to encounter such dismal customer service in what should be a reputable establishment. Unless you have a penchant for enduring verbal abuse, I strongly advise avoiding this location...
Read moreThis place has GOT to get its act together. The food was alright but the service was absolutely horrendous.
For example, last month I ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a desert. When it arrived, there was a pizza missing and no desert. I phoned the store letting them know they forgot some stuff. They apologised and said that they would send someone over to deliver the rest. 45 minutes pass and nobody arrives. I call back, they say they're sending someone right now. Another 40 minutes pass so I call back again, nobody answers, I try calling again, nobody answers, I try calling again, they send me straight to voicemail instead. After about 7 attempts, somebody picks up. I explain the situation and they say they're sending someone. After 30 minutes, a delivery driver finally arrives with my forgotten food. (It's a shame because he seemed genuinely apologetic about the whole thing, I think he would be a better fit for running the store than whoever is right now)
Another example, more recent: I order 2 pizzas and a desert, both arrive although I received the wrong desert. I call the store letting them know that there may have been a mix up and they said that they will let the driver know (this is only 5 minutes after my food got dropped off) I wait for upwards of an hour and nobody arrives. After my last experience, I don't even bother trying to call back, so me and potentially some other person were left with the wrong deserts.
Like I said, the place NEEDS to get it's act together. Most of the staff seems to be no older than 19 and they NEED to be taught on how to handle things in a...
Read morePizzas were perfect. Quantity and spread of toppings was great. No fault. Never had a better pizza from a dominos store.
Wings were not roasted or crispy skin. Skin was fatty skin like when u steam chicken.
They were busy and workers were so slow. Waited over 15mins past the pickup time and the only thing to do was sit there and watch how slow they are. Only 2 Pizza makers and they were slowest ive ever seen but still had time to chat about how they are busier than NYE. The front desk worker needs training in customer service. He looked lost most of the time. No smile. No hi how are you. Noone calling out order names when they are ready. You have to go and ask if what came out is yours. The place feels very unorganised. I felt sorry for the manager who was having to tell everyone the simplest instructions. He was running around trying to sort everything. He had to tell the front desk guy don't answer the phones, help the customer infront of you first. There was no communication about orders at all between staff. They should talk to each other about how long things will be, what just came out ect. The manager was the only one going and asking the staff about orders. He needs to get dominos in to train staff better, yes they are kids and probably first job but omg they had zero drive to work hard or fast. Maybe the store should think about hiring more...
