Read morePreviously, I had ordered from Ingleburn Domenic and included a paid request for Sriracha sauce. Unfortunately, when we picked up our order, we only noticed the sauce was missing once we sat down to enjoy our meal at home. I promptly called the shop to inform them of the issue, and the staff member I spoke with consulted with their manager, who assured me that if I am ok a replacement instead of refund. I said ok , I am happy with the replacement on next order. Today, when placing a new order, I politely reminded the staff of the agreed replacement for the missing sauce. I am not seeking to create an issue over a small item, but rather to highlight that consistency and customer respect are vital aspects of...
Read moreOrdered Vegorama online. Ingredients stated online: tomato, mushroom, red onion, baby spinach, sweet cherry red peppers, mozzarella cheese and oregano on thin base. I requested the spinach be removed, added pineapple and extra oregano. I received pizza with stack of olives on it and no sweet cherry red peppers. Phoned store. Manager on duty Nirav. No customer service skills. Doesn’t answer phone with his name. Called me ‘ma’am’. Asked him to call me Kim. Answered okay, ma’am. Again asked him to call me Kim as I don’t run a brothel. He couldn’t understand what the issue was with my order. Why? Because the Vegorama now comes with olives and not sweet cherry red peppers. I advised him that the website does not reflect this. He said I’d have to take it up with Head Office. No offer of a replacement or free pizza credit until I requested it. He as good admitted that if I didn’t request it, it wouldn’t have been offered. Called me ma’am again. Customer Service 101 - introduce yourself when speaking to a customer with a complaint and remember that person’s name. Asked him for the email address to lodge my complaint.
