Domino's Pizza Liverpool — Restaurant in Sydney

Never ordering from here ever again. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this definitely deserves one. I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic breads. One of the pizzas I ordered was the loaded pepperoni which costs extra, but I did not receive extra. I waited an hour for it to be delivered and when I was retrieving the order, they did not have the garlic breads as it was not on their receipt, yet it was clearly stated on mine. The delivery person advised me to call the store to ask for a refund. Which I did. Went down hill from here, called to ask for a refund for the garlic breads, was told I would be transferred to the manager. However, the call went back to whoever I spoke to first and they had asked for my address. Gave them the details and they had put me on hold for a few seconds. Asked for my address again, puts me on hold... again. Waited almost 10 minutes. Asked for my address AGAIN for the THIRD time. Asked me what I wanted a refund for which I stated in the beginning but for that I asked for a full refund. They stated I could not get a full refund, only for the garlic breads but OH WAIT the manager will have to get back to me for the refund as they are now busy. That just gave me a valid reason as to why I should receive a full refund and I'm sure the other 1 star ratings...

Having been a regular customer for over 10 years, I find the quality of service has gone down a bit in recent years (e.g. car park delivery feature on app not working properly). However, I have never been as disappointed as I was today.

I ordered BBQ Meats Deluxe extra large through the Dominos app. Upon arriving at the store, I was told no duck or beef brisket available, leading to a longer wait. I don't know if this is a one-off or they won't be available again permanently, but the Meats Deluxe pizza is still listed on the app as normal, along with the other Super Premium pizzas with similar toppings.

I was promised extra chicken and pepperoni, but the pizza had very little pepperoni. Also they have stopped putting rocket garnish on it for months now, but the app still lists it as an ingredient of the Meats Deluxe pizza. And whatever decent taste of the meat toppings was overpowered by the pizza having far too much sauce on top.

The worst part is that, without coupons, the price would've...

Ordered from quite a few domino’s in the past and this location has to be the one that wins an award for consistently providing the absolute worst service. The first time we ordered, we were faced with a 2.5 hour delay on our order and each time we called, we were told that the pizza will be delivered in the next 10 minutes. We provided feedback that we understand there could be delays but never to lie about how late the delivery is going to be as that stops the customer from making other plans and the manager apologised the first time.

The second time was recent and worse. Dominos has received payment for no product provided. The pizza never arrived and the same issue repeats where we are told that it’s 10 min away and this went on for an hour before we tried to cancel and get a refund.The manager (Ezra) wouldn’t respond or talk over the phone to process a refund and kept putting in another employee, who I feel sorry for, to be the...
