ordered a vegetarian pizza for pick up and I found bacon in my pizza, I have an Indian background and its against my religion to eat bacon, called up dominos in narellan and spoke to the manager Brodie and he was really rude and wasn't understanding of the situation I asked him to deliver me another vegetarian pizza to my house which is 10 mins away and he refused and said I ordered pick up and I was only allowed to pick up, I kept trying to explain over the phone telling them to deliver to my house as I had already been waiting for the pizza in the line and I had made the order for my pizza at 4pm to be picked up at 7pm, I had told him to deliver it to me as their team had made a careless move in putting bacon in a vegetarian pizza which I cannot eat its against my religion, I also came across this bad piece of tomato, did I pay $48 to eat a tomato like that?? I payed money for my pizza and I expect the quality to be decent, I had also told him I wasn't able to come pick it up as it was late and I questioned him that I relied on dominos to provide for my dinner and he's response was it's not my problem, really? is that the customer service we get?? ive been getting my pizza from dominos for the last 7 years, never again am I getting my pizza from dominos you've just lost a customer, its against my religion to eat bacon and I expect serious action to be taken against this, very...
Read moreWhat an absolute disgrace of a business. I attended Domino's Narellan and placed an order for a number of various pizzas and sides. Whilst waiting for my order in the stores entry area, I was shocked at the behaviour of what I presumed to be a manager or supervisor of the store. This person was speaking to his young staff both rudely and in a demeaning manner. This continued for the 20 minutes I was waiting for my order. After receiving my order I arrived home only to find that my order was completely wrong, with incorrect pizza varieties. I then headed back to the store to make a complaint and received my correct order. The person who I previously stated was being rude to his staff received my complaint, he introduced himself as Ash. On explaining my issue, Ash rolled his eyes and displayed annoyance that I was making my complaint. I asked him if he was always this unprofessional with customers and his response was a shoulder shrug and he walked away smirk on his face. Although my issue was rectified, the entire experience was unprofessional and time consuming. Dominos Narellan's owner might benefit in training Ash on how to be respectful, professional and accept complaints when warranted, because they will find that a customers experience, like what I explained above will result in a loss of customers. I personally will never do business with Domino...
Read moreAll I ordered was 1 lava cake. I only live 4mins from your store. After waiting 45mins I called the store and they hadnt even put it in the oven yet.
I waited another 35mins and called again. Emily answered. She said it has been picked up and should arrive in a few minutes. I asked for a refund because I had already waited 1hr and 20mins so far for something so simple.
She said I can cancel the order online (via uber eats) an then she can process a refund. And I said I should get a refund regardless of whether I cancel the order or not because ive waited this long and I still wanted my food. She said I would get a refund regardless but she couldnt process it until I cancelled the order.
I hung up and checked my order, as I'm using the online portal for uber eats, there was no cancel option. So I waited some more.
After another 20mins I called again and Emily said she sent her driver back to the store. So total 1 hr 40mins. No cake, no refund, oh God!
I said if your so busy then you shouldnt be accepting orders via uber eats, what if my kids were waiting for dinner? Plus, the only way I get a refund is if the food is taken back to the store? That isnt fair at all. Also the email provided to contact the manager was false so I couldnt send this to him directly so this will have to do. Never,...
