Domino's Pizza Pymble — Restaurant in Sydney

I preordered my pizza online on the app i wanted it to come at 11:30 it didn't come at 11:30 but it was raining and i expected it to be slower. I waited outside for around 30 minutes then i called the restaurant at 12:00 but here comes the best part they decided to lie to me and say it was on the way. I asked them to cancel the order because i was going to be late for an important class. I gave them a chance and said if it didn’t come in 5 minutes they would cancel. 10 minutes later at 12:15 i called again when they heard my voice they hung up immediately i called once again they put my on hold. I was very frustrated at this point but i needed my lunch so i kept waiting. I tried to call once again they cancelled the call so i was there waiting. At this point 12:20 i was 20 minutes late i called again they still wouldn’t pick up the phone on the calls they did pick up they were extremely rude. It finally came at 12:30 the driver handed me a pizza and i still gave him a tip for his hard work but i asked them why was it so late he never responded and drove away. When i opened the pizza and my garlic scrolls they were cold I never got to eat my pizza as i was super late at this point.

So Disgraceful service Rude Staff and Cold Pizza Do not recommend ordering here just use...

NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. First off the customer service was atrocious I was hung up on three times while trying to figure out away to get my correct pizza as they got my order wrong not to mention the male worker on shift around 7-8 tried to gaslit me into thinking my pull apart pepperoni bread was cook and hot when I got it. However I have photos of how undercooked, raw and doughy it was, I am so very disappointed as in the past I have loved dominos however I will never be ordering again and will warn others to never support/order from this establishment. The amount of disrespect and disregard for my justified concerns was frankly unacceptable. and not to mention the chips had cold centres too. I drove and picked up my order on time and discovered how the chips and other items were cold not even 3 min after i got the order. Frankly it was disgusting how that male pymble worker probably of South Asian...

Ordered online, ETA was 30 minutes. Took almost 2 hours to arrive.

I called once out of courtesy because I hadn't mentioned the name of the business for delivery and I was worried they would be confused since the business is part of a small shopping village. Guy on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me.

I called a second time over an hour later because the tracking indicated that the food had been delivered which it had not. Same guy told me angrily it would be 5 more minutes and hung up on me AGAIN. Worth noting that both times I called, I was polite and friendly, not complaining at all.

A further 15 minutes later it was delivered, though I had to go out to the carpark to get it from the driver (at least the driver wasn't rude).

This is one of the reasons I don't order from dominos for myself anymore, won't be placing big orders for my workplace anymore either. If I spoke to someone on the phone they way they do at my job, I would be sacked...
