Five Stars for The Pymble Grind: A Study in Potential and Positivity Review: Welcome to The Pymble Grind, a charming little cafe where the coffee is a bit like life - unpredictable but generally good. Let's dive into the quirky world of this establishment, where the owner, albeit a rare sight, is like a mythical creature whose presence is felt even in his absence. First, the staff. They are the epitome of friendliness, serving smiles as consistent as their coffee, which, by the way, can be a hit or miss. My almond milk latte, for instance, had a bit of an identity crisis - it couldn't decide whether it wanted to be a latte or a science experiment on the separation of milk. But hey, it's all part of the charm. About those display case signs I suggested? Well, they remain a suggestion. But kudos to the owner for his open-mindedness. He's like that cool teacher who nods and smiles at every idea but hasn't quite got around to implementing them. It's the thought that counts, right? Now, the coffee. It's Campos, which usually sets a high bar. However, on my last visit, my latte was more reminiscent of a slightly overzealous campfire – a bit on the burnt side. But let's not dwell on the negatives. After all, coffee is coffee, and even when it's not perfect, it's still a hug in a mug. So, why the five stars? Because The Pymble Grind is more than its coffee or its lack of allergen information (which, by the way, is still a bit of a mystery). It's about the potential. The owner, a rare gem, shows a willingness to listen and grow, and that's worth its weight in gold. The staff, with their unwavering cheerfulness, make each visit a pleasant experience. The Pymble Grind is a cafe with heart, set on the path to greatness, one suggestion at a time. It's a story of what could be, a place of potential and positivity. And for that, it deserves all the stars. Just maybe bring your own milk thermometer, just in case.

Be mindful to check your order, the young staff tend to get your order wrong. Ordered a burger waiting 15minutes for the order got back in my truck and they gave me the wrong food went back to ask the staff what happen and only to be given an answer that what you order. So I asked how did I end up with chips and chicken when I order chicken burger no chips. Also the coffee when asking for xtra shot, taste weaker then 7 eleven dollar coffee. Personal opinion staff that don’t drink coffee should be making them or taking orders for them. Won’t go back especially if on a 30min break

I bought a cup of babyccino with meshmellow for my child here, and such a small cup of milk actually cost $3.5. The other day I bought it at another cafe for just one dollar.

I work in sgfleet, normally I don't I judge people, I will always give chances to correct themselves, I have been few times to this cafe, had worst experience with the barsita. He is having lots of attitude and behavioural issues. Always good with girls and other people, when my turn comes he brings his attitude, never give my coffee on time, always serves other ppl who order later. I know whats barista stress on back of the machine, but still unaggriable. People spend money to get good service as well not only for the product. I been into hospitality many years, I never treat customers in this manner. Judging ppl based on the color and personality. Think...
